黄芪建中汤合良附丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究黄芪建中汤合良附丸对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃黏膜血流量及氧化应激反应的影响。方法选取2018年8月—2020年8月河南省传染病医院收治的83例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组(41例)接受常规西药治疗,观察组(42例)在常规西药治疗的基础上给予黄芪建中汤合良附丸治疗。2组均连续治疗4周,比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后胃黏膜血流量和氧化应激反应。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率(90.48%)明显比对照组(73.17%)高(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后血清GSH-Px、SOD水平与胃黏膜血流量均较治疗前升高,且对照组比观察组低(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后血清MDA水平均较治疗前降低,且对照组比观察组高(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤合良附丸可以增加慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃黏膜血流量,消除氧化产物,进而减轻氧化应激反应,控制病情发展。Objective To investigate the effects of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction and Liangfu pill on gastric mucosal blood volume and oxidative stress response in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 83 invalids with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to the Henan Infectious Disease Hospital were selected as the research objects from August 2018 to August 2020,and they were,according to random number table method,divided into control group and observation group.Among them,the control group(41 cases)received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group(42 cases)was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction and Liangfu pill on the basis of conventional western medicine.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks continuously,and the clinical efficacy after treatment,gastric mucosal blood flow and oxidative stress response before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(90.48%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.17%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GSH Px,SOD and gastric mucosal blood flow of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the control group was lower than the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum MDA levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the control group was higher than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction and Helliangfu pill can increase the blood flow and antioxidant in the gastric mucosa of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,eliminate oxidation products,and then reduce oxidative stress reaction and control the development of the disease.
