摘　　要：研究农村老龄化背景下医养服务结合模式和内涵,以及实践过程中的缺陷与不足。通过完善保险制度、慢性病管理、建立医疗联合体等诸多举措,加强陪护专业人员技能教育,完善远程医疗等手段,探讨在农村人口老龄化社会中利用“互联网+医疗”进行医养结合服务实施路径。To investigate the mode and connotation of the integrated elderly care and medical services to aging population in rural areas, as well as the defects and deficiencies in the process of practice. By improving the insurance system, chronic disease management, establishing a medical consortium and other measures, as well as enhancing the skill education of accompanying professionals and improving telemedicine, the implementation path of Internet plus medical care in the rural population aging society was explored.
