摘　　要：在“双碳”目标下,石化化工行业的高质量发展,一是通过绿色低碳发展筑牢行业发展空间,二是通过科技创新谋行业新生,三是继续通过开放共享塑产业链和供应链安全,四是实现安全协调享产业生态。There are four development strategies for the high-quality development of petrochemical and chemical industry. First,leave room for the development of the industry through green and low-carbon development. Second, the industry will be transformed through scientific and technological innovation. Third, continue to open and reform, and realize the security of industrial chain and supply chain. Fourth, achieve safe and coordinated development and achieve a good industrial ecology.
