基于患方反馈的定向健康指导在阵发性室上性心动过速射频消融术后延伸护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于患方反馈的定向健康指导在阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)经导管射频消融(RFCA)术后延伸护理中的应用。方法选取2019年5月至2021年4月江苏省人民医院收治的接受RFCA术的PSVT患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,每组各45例。常规组出院后接受常规延伸护理干预,观察组出院后接受常规延伸护理+基于患方反馈的定向健康指导,均干预3个月。比较两组干预前后健康知识评分、服药完全依从率服抗凝药的不良事件发生率。结果干预后,两组健康知识评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组服药完全依从率高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组服抗凝药的不良事件发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于患方反馈的定向健康指导应用于PSVT患者RFCA术后延伸护理中,有助于提高患者健康知识水平,提高服药依从性,降低服抗凝药的不良事件发生率。Objective To investigate the application of directional health guidance based on patients’feedback in extended nursing after radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)of paroxysmal supra-ventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods A total of 90 PSVT patients treated with RFCA from May 2019 to April 2021 in Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital were selected,according to random number table,the patients were divided into routine group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The routine group received routine extended nursing intervention after discharge,while the observation group received routine extended nursing and directional health guidance based on patients’feedback after discharge,and all of them were intervened for three months.The scores of health knowledge before and after intervention,the complete compliance rates of taking medicine and incidence rates of adverse events of anticoagulants were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health knowledge in the two groups after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group after the intervention was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The complete compliance rate of taking medicine in the observation group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events of anticoagulants in the observation group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of directional health guidance based on patients’feedback in extended nursing after RFCA of PSVT patients is helpful to improve the level of patients’health knowledge,improve taking medicine compliance,and it can reduce the incidence rate of adverse event of anticoagulants.
