我国住院医师规范化培训的历程、成效及问题分析

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是以提高医学毕业生临床能力为主的系统性、规范化培训,已经被常规化的纳入了医学教育体系。我国住院医师规范化培训制度从提出到全面实施,经历初创、试验、建立、实施4个阶段。全面实行以来已经取得了诸多成效,但还存在一定的问题。本文回顾了我国住院医师规范化培训的历程,总结了全面实施以来取得的成效,分析了存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议。Standardized training for residents is a systematic and standardized training,aiming to improve the clinical ability of medical graduates,and it has been routinely incorporated into the medical education system.Standardized training system for residents in China has been put forward and fully implemented,has experienced start-up,experiment,establishment,and implementation of four stages.Some achievements have been made since its full implementation,but there are still many problems.This paper reviews the course of the standardized training for residents in China,summarizes the achievements since its comprehensive implementation,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
