唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨唑来膦酸注射液、注射用骨肽和维D_(2)磷葡钙片联用治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床效果和安全性。方法选取2017年7月至2019年6月高州市人民医院收治的44例老年骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(22例)和治疗组(22例)。对照组患者进行常规治疗(维D_(2)磷葡钙片+注射用骨肽);治疗组患者进行联合治疗(维D_(2)磷葡钙片+注射用骨肽+唑来膦酸注射液)。两组患者均治疗6个月。比较两组患者的总有效率、治疗前后腰椎及股骨颈骨密度、不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的治疗总有效率(95.45%)高于对照组(59.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后腰椎L_(1~4)及股骨颈的骨密度高于本组治疗前,且治疗组患者治疗后腰椎L_(1~4)及股骨颈的骨密度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,治疗组患者的不良反应总发生率(13.64%)低于对照组(100.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸注射液、注射用骨肽和维D_(2)磷葡钙片联用,可有效提高老年骨质疏松症患者的骨密度,疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zoledronic Acid Injection,Ossotide Injection and Vitamin D_(2) Phosphate Calcium Glucose Tablets combined in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods A total of 44 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to Gaozhou People′s Hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(22 cases)and treatment group(22 cases)by random number table method.Control group received routine treatment(Vitamin D_(2) Phosphate Calcium Glucose Tablets+Ossotide Injection).Patients in the treatment group received combined treatment(Vitamin D_(2) Phosphate Calcium Glucose Tablets+Ossotide Injection+Zoledronic Acid Injection).Both groups were treated for 6 months.The total effective rate,bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck before and after treatment,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(59.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density of lumbar L_(1-4) and femoral neck in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the bone mineral density of lumbar L_(1-4) and femoral neck in treatment group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(13.64%)was lower than that in the control group(100.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic Acid Injection,Ossotide Injection and Vitamin D_(2) Phosphate Calcium Glucose Tablets combined can effectively improve the bone density of elderly patients with osteoporosis,with significant efficacy and high safety.
