摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛专科护士在无痛胃肠镜疼痛管理和护理干预中的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月萍乡市第三人民医院、南昌大学第四附属医院门诊收治的100例无痛胃肠镜诊疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(50例)与干预组(50例)。对照组采用传统护理,干预组采用疼痛专科护士行疼痛管理与护理干预,比较两组的检查成功情况、临床指标、不良事件及护理满意度。结果两组的检查成功率均为100.00%;干预组的收缩压、舒张压、心率低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛专科护士在无痛胃肠镜中实施疼痛管理和护理干预的效果显著,在保证检查成功的同时,能改善患者的临床指标,减少不良事件,获得更高的护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of pain specialist nurse in pain management and nursing intervention in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy admitted to the Department of Outpatient,the Third People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City and the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the intervention group(50 cases)according to the random lottery method.The control group used traditional nursing care,and the intervention group used pain specialist nurses to perform pain management and nursing intervention.The examination success,clinical indexes,adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The examination success rate of the two groups were 100.00%.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pain management and nursing intervention implemented by pain specialist nurses in painless gastroenteroscopy is remarkable.While ensuring the success of examination,it can improve the clinical indicators of patients,reduce adverse events and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of popularization and application.
