摘  要:为了提高浮法玻璃板面质量,减少锡槽SnO、SnS、Sn的蒸汽污染,大多数浮法玻璃生产线的锡槽安装了排气管道,但是对于选用什么类型的排气方式,如何控制排出气体总量,还没有明确认识,针对这一情况,介绍了采用虹吸引流锡槽热端强制排气技术,避免锡槽外面的氧气因为浓差扩散通过排气管道进入到锡槽内部空间。锡槽排气口设置在锡槽热端1~2贝处,排气管在锡槽两侧对称布置,口径大小、数量根据排气总量设计,排气量的合理范围是锡槽总保护气量的15%~25%,采用孔板流量计计量排气量。In order to improve the surface quality of float glass and reduce the SnO,SnS and Sn gas pollution in the tin bath, exhaust pipes were installed in the most float glass production lines. However,there is no clear understanding of exhaust method to choose and the total amount of exhaust gas to control.In view of this situation, the forced exhaust technology by siphon drainage for the pollution gas in the tin bath is introduced to avoid the oxygen outside the tin bath get into the space of tin bath due to concentration diffusion through the exhaust pipe. The exhaust port is arranged at the tin bath end,and the exhaust pipes are set on both sides of tin bath symmetrically. The diameter size and quantity are designed according to the total amount of exhaust gas. The reasonable range of exhaust gas volume is 15%~25% of the total protect gas volume in the tin bath. The exhaust gas volume is measured by the orifice flow meter.
