摘  要:某新建压延玻璃生产线出现玻璃气泡,该气泡特征明显,多出现在板上开口,尺寸大多远远超过20 mm,板面横向位置基本在一定范围内。通过对气泡的特性分析及分析生产数据,认为气泡来自支通路池底砖排泡,采用池底强制冷却和降低池底玻璃液温度的方法解决了气泡问题。Bubbles appears in a new buid calendering glass production line, it has obvious characterics,most of them on the upper surface of glass, and it’s size far more than 20 mm, the bubbles on the board is basically within a certain range. After by analyzing the characteristics of bubbles, checking production process data, it is believed that the bubbles come from the branch pathway’s bricks and bricks is under glass liquid. Bricks under liquid has be coercived cooling and lowering the temperature of glass liquid, after all, problems has be solved.
