摘 要:玻璃钢化的变形程度及进炉方向是否一致直接影响夹层后的产品质量,特别是异形玻璃。因异形玻璃存在尖角,尖角部位易吸热过快导致局部变形,对后续夹层加工质量和效率造成较大影响。通过分析异形玻璃在钢化生产过程中的变形对夹层加工质量的影响,实验探讨了不同的摆片方式对钢化及夹层生产质量和效率的影响,并对实验结果产生的原因进行了分析,同时对比了不同摆片方式加工的夹层产品的外观成像质量,得出了最佳的生产方式,提高了异形玻璃钢化夹层的生产质量和效率,对异形玻璃的加工具有指导意义。Whether the deformation degree and the direction into tempering furnace of tempered glass are consistent will directly affect the quality of laminated glass products,especially for the special shaped glass.Because there are sharp corners in the special shaped glass,the sharp corners are easy to absorb heat too fast and result in local deformation,which has great impact on the quality and efficiency of subsequent lamination process.By analyzing the influence of special shaped glass deformation during tempering process on the quality of laminated glass,the effect of different sheet loading on the quality and efficiency of laminated glass was investigated experimentally,and the reasons for the experimental results were discussed.At the same time,the appearance image quality of laminated glass product processed by different sheet loading methods are compared,and the best production method is obtained.It improves the production quality and efficiency of tempered and laminated glass with the special shaped glass and has a guiding significance for the process of special shaped glass.
