中国基础研究领域以中文发表研究成果的概况及启示——基于国家自然科学基金基础研究知识库的分析

摘　　要：本文基于国家自然科学基金基础研究知识库中所有论文的元数据,分析中国基础研究领域以中文发表研究成果的概况。研究发现,无论是从不同研究领域、不同资助类型的横向比较看,还是从历时性的纵向比较看,在一定程度上国家自然科学基金资助项目的研究水平越高,其以中文发表研究成果的比例就越低。本文建议,原则上在基础研究领域应继续支持和引导以英文发表研究成果,坚持通过国际交流与对话提高中国基础研究水平。在此基础上,在具有中国情境因素或应用导向突出的基础研究领域,鼓励以中文发表研究成果。此外,应大力发展英文科技期刊,提升基础研究的话语权,建立专业的译介队伍,加强对高水平外文科技论文的译介。Based on the metadata of all papers in the Basic Research Knowledge Base of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC),this paper analyzes the general situation of research results published in Chinese in the field of basic research in China.The results show that,to some extent,the higher the research level of the projects funded by NSFC,the lower the proportion of the research results published in Chinese,whether from the horizontal comparison of different research fields and different types of funding,or from the longitudinal comparison of diachrony.This paper suggests that,in principle we should continue to support and guide the publication of research results in English in the field of basic research,so as to improve the level of basic research in China through international exchanges and dialogue.On this basis,the publication of research results in Chinese should be encouraged in basic research fields with prominent Chinese situational factors or application orientation.In addition,China should vigorously develop English sci-tech journals,which will improve the discourse power of basic research in China,and establish a professional translation team,which will strengthen the translation and introduction of high-level foreign sci-tech papers.
