摘　　要：高等中医药院校质量文化建设策略是学校高质量发展的重要引领,是学校进行质量管理活动、质量实践活动的基础。本文以构建高等中医药院校质量文化建设目标策略为基础,对“五自”策略的内涵及构成要素进行详细分析。最后,从质量文化的物质文化基础、制度文化约束、行为文化同化3个方面,探索高等中医药院校质量文化实践策略建设,为进一步提升质量文化在高等中医药院校发展过程中的凝聚作用、约束作用、激励作用和辐射作用以及提高中医药人才培养质量提供理性支持。The quality culture construction strategy of higher universities of traditional Chinese medicine is an important guide for the high-quality development of the school,and it is the basis for the school to carry out quality management activities and quality practice activities.This paper is based on the strategy of constructing quality culture in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,the connotation and constituent elements of“five self”strategy are analyzed in detail.Finally,from the three aspects of the material cultural basis of quality culture,institutional cultural constraints,and behavioral culture assimilation,explore the construction of quality culture practice strategies in higher traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,in order to further improve the quality culture in the development of higher traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities of cohesion,constraint,incentive and radiation role and improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training to provide rational support.
