摘 要:锚网喷支护是最常用和经济的矿山巷道支护方式,主要以锚杆为主体控制围岩变形与破坏,其锚杆长度、间排距与预应力的选取是体现支护效果的关键因素。针对某铁矿复杂破碎矽卡岩巷道,现有锚网喷支护效果不理想,展开支护参数优化研究。首先采用探地雷达进行巷道松动圈测试,根据围岩松动圈范围及岩体结构特征对矽卡岩进行分类,共分为3类分别进行锚网喷支护参数优化;然后在前期点荷载试验及现场地压监测结果的基础上采用黄金分割法对岩体力学参数进行反演,获得围岩强度及变形参数;最后根据松动圈支护理论确定最佳锚杆长度、合理预紧力,利用FLAC3D建立巷道支护三维数值模型,结合巷道变形及塑性区面积,对锚杆间排距进行优化,分别确定3类矽卡岩巷道合理的锚杆支护参数。经实践验证,优化后支护效果较稳定可靠。研究结果可为复杂矽卡岩巷道锚杆支护设计提供参考。Bolt mesh and shotcrete support is the most economical and commonly used method of mine roadway support.Bolts are used as the main body to control the deformation and destruction of surrounding rock. The length of bolts,row spacing and prestress are the key factors to reflect the support effect. Aiming at the complex broken skarn roadway of an iron mine,the existing bolt-netting and shotcreting support effect is not ideal,and the optimization study of support parameters is carried out.Firstly,the ground penetrating radar is used to test the loose circle of the roadway,and the skarn is classified according to the range of the loose circle of surrounding rock and the structural characteristics of the rock mass. Then,on the basis of the previous point load test and on-site ground pressure monitoring results,the golden section method is used to inverse the mechanical parameters of the rock mass to obtain the strength and deformation parameters of the surrounding rock. Finally,determine the optimal bolt length and reasonable pre-tightening force according to the loose circle support theory,use FLAC3D to establish a three-dimensional numerical model of roadway support,Combining roadway deformation and plastic zone area,Optimize the row spacing between bolts,determine the reasonable bolt support parameters for the three types of skarn roadways respectively.Proved by practice,the support effect after optimization is more stable and reliable. The research results can provide references for the design of bolt support for complex skarn roadways.
