摘 要:智能化、无人化爆破是矿山爆破发展的重要方向,同时也是矿山安全生产的重要保障,智能无线远距离起爆系统则是其中的重要环节。为避免因起爆能量不足或爆破网路连接失误造成盲炮的爆破安全事故,提出了智能无线远距离起爆系统。实现了孔和孔之间没有物理导线连接、网络和起爆器之间没有母线连接的无线、远距离的起爆,研制出智能起爆控制器和智能无线起爆模块,实现了智能无线远距离起爆系统的爆破作业场景。该系统不仅为无线远距离起爆提供了新的思路,同时为现场爆破实现智能化、少人化开采提供了一定的理论依据。研究结果表明:该系统在起爆过程中工作效率可提高20%~80%,耗材成本仅增加2.12%~13.82%,具有进一步推广应用的潜力。Intelligent and unmanned blasting is an important direction of mine blasting development and an important guarantee for mine safety production. The intelligent wireless long-distance initiation system is an important part of it. The onsite working face environment is complex. In order to ensure the production,the use of too long conductor will cause material waste and affect the blasting quality and blasting safety. In order to improve blasting quality and give consideration to blasting safety,an intelligent wireless remote initiation system is proposed. Realize wireless and long-distance initiation without physical wire connection between holes and bus connection between network and detonator,develop intelligent initiation controller and intelligent wireless initiation module,and realize the blasting operation scene of intelligent wireless long-distance initiation system. The system not only provides a new idea for wireless long-distance blasting,but also provides a certain theoretical basis for intelligent and less human mining in field blasting. The results show that the system can improve the working efficiency by 20%to 80% and increase the cost of consumables by 2. 12% to 13. 82%,which showed that it has the potential of further popularization and application.
