摘  要:鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿因其铁矿物嵌布关系复杂,在磁化焙烧过程中还原度难以控制,极易产生“过还原”和“欠还原”现象。通过磁化焙烧温度、焙烧时间、还原剂用量、磨矿细度条件试验,查明了高磷鲕状赤铁矿最佳煤基磁化焙烧条件。结果表明:在焙烧温度为800℃、焙烧时间90 min、还原剂用量15%的条件下,使用磁选管进行选别,可以获得铁品位58%左右的铁精矿,铁回收率可达90%。磁选流程试验结果表明,对中矿进行再磨再选后,磁选精矿铁品位提高至59.42%,铁回收率为89.23%。研究结果为使用磁化焙烧—磁选工艺利用此类极难选铁矿提供了理论支撑和技术参考。It is difficult to control the reduction degree of the high-phosphorous oolitic hematite during the magnetization roasting process due to its complicated iron mineral intercalation relationship. In this paper,the optimum coal-based magnetization roasting conditions for high-phosphorous oolitic hematite have been found through experiments on the magnetization roasting temperature,roasting time,reducing agent dosage,and grinding particle size. The results indicated that,under the optimum conditions of a roasting temperature of 800 ℃,a roasting time of 90 min,and a reducing agent dosage of 15%,a concentrate with 58% iron grade can be obtained by magnetic separation with a magnetic separation tube,and the iron recovery could reach 90%. After the re-grinding and re-separation of the middling product,the iron grade of the magnetic separation concentrate is increased to 59. 42%,and the iron recovery is 89. 23%. The research results provide technical reference and theoretical support for using this kind of extremely difficult-to-separate iron ore by using the magnetic roasting-magnetic separation process.
