摘 要:目的了解四川省智能静脉用药配置设备使用现状。方法通过微信小程序“问卷星”向四川省内各静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)管理人员发放调查问卷,统计并分析各医院PIVAS基本信息、智能静脉用药配置设备信息及使用效果。结果四川省内共11家医院使用智能静脉用药配置设备,均为三级甲等医院;PIVAS面积600~800 m^(2),生物安全柜3~16台,水平层流洁净台4~14台;PIVAS人员组成以调剂药师为主,有(9.8±4.1)人;日均调配(1122.7±980.7)袋;智能静脉用药配置设备能配置抗肿瘤药物、抗菌药物、普通药物,并且支持使用西林瓶和安瓿瓶,但存在破瓶可能。效果评分中,工作效率、职业伤害、应用成效3个维度的全部项目均值均大于3分,与中立态度评分有显著差异(P<0.05),结果为认同。结论四川省智能静脉用药配置设备发展迅速,但总数量相对较少,部分功能还需优化改进。智能静脉用药配置设备能提高工作效率,保障工作人员安全,应用成效较好。Objective To understand the current situation of the use of intelligent intravenous medication configuration devices in Sichuan Province.Methods Questionnaires were distributed to the managers of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS)in Sichuan Province by WeChat applet’’Questionnaire Star’’.The basic information of the hospital PIVAS,the information and the application effect of intelligent intravenous medication configuration devices were collected and analyzed.Results A total of 11 hospitals in Sichuan Province used intelligent intravenous medication configuration devices,all of which were gradeⅢ-A hospitals.The area of PIVAS was in the range of 600-800 m^(2),with 3-16 biological safety cabinets and 4-14 horizontal laminar-flow clean benches.PIVAS personnel was mainly composed of configuration pharmacists,with(9.8±4.1)people,the average daily deployment was(1122.7±980.7)bags.The intelligent intravenous medication configuration devices could configure antitumor drugs,antibiotics drugs and common drugs,and support the use of penicillin and ampoule bottles,but there was the possibility of bottle breakage.In the score of effect,the average value of all items in the three dimensions of work efficiency,occupational injury and application effect was greater than three points,which was significantly different with the neutral attitude score(P<0.05),and the result was identitied.Conclusion The intelligent intravenous medication configuration devices in Sichuan Province have developed rapidly,but the total amount is relatively less,and some functions need to be optimized and improved.The intelligent intravenous medication configuration devices can improve the work efficiency,ensure the safety of personnel,and the application effect is good.
