开郁清热方联合恩格列净治疗2型糖尿病临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨开郁清热方联合恩格列净治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对胰岛细胞功能的影响。方法选取医院2019年6月至2021年6月收治的2型糖尿病患者186例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各93例。两组患者均予恩格列净片口服,观察组患者加用开郁清热方。两组均连续治疗12周。结果观察组总有效率为91.40%,明显高于对照组的79.57%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的中医证候积分及空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、高迁移率族蛋白B1水平均明显低于对照组,B细胞功能指数及过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ、色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(12.90%比10.75%,P>0.05)。结论开郁清热方联合恩格列净治疗2型糖尿病,可改善患者的中医证候和胰岛细胞功能。Objective type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect on islet cell function.Methods admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 93 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with taken Empagliflozin Pills orally,on this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with Kaiyu Qingre Decoction.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Results than 79.57%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and the levels of fasting insulin,insulin resistance index,high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the function index of islet B cells,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ),pigment epithelium derived factor(PEDF)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(12.90%vs.10.75%,P>0.05).Conclusion Decoction combined with empagliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the TCM syndrome and islet cell function of patients.
