摘 要:为了实现脱硫渣的资源化利用和工业烟气中CO_(2)的捕集固定,对蔗糖循环法CO_(2)间接矿化脱硫渣工艺进行了研究。在转速为450 r/min,液固比为7 mL/g,蔗糖与氢氧化钙摩尔比为1.25,室温下反应3 h的工艺条件下,脱硫渣中氢氧化钙的浸出率约为95%。对浸取液矿化CO_(2)性能进行了考察,浸取液在高效矿化CO_(2)的同时实现了浸取剂蔗糖的再生,循环实验表明,蔗糖溶液的稳定性较好。采用蔗糖循环法可以实现每吨脱硫渣减排95 kgCO_(2),同时产生具有一定附加值的碳酸钙。In order to realize the resource utilization of desulfurization slag(DFS)and the capture and mineralization of CO_(2) from industrial flue gas,the indirect process for CO_(2) mineralization of DFS via sucrose recycling method was studied.Under the process conditions of agitation speed of 450 r/min,a solid-to-liquid ratio of 7 mL/g,a molar ratio of sucrose to calcium hydroxide of 1.25,and a reaction at room temperature for 3 h,the extracting rate of calcium hydroxide in the desulfurization residue is about 95%.The performance of the mineralized CO_(2) of the extracting solution was investigated,the extraction solution realized the regeneration of sucrose as the extracting agent efficiently mineralizing CO_(2).The circulation experiment showed that the sucrose solution had good stability.The use of sucrose recycling method can achieve 95 kg CO_(2) emission reduction per ton of DFS,at the same time,calcium carbonate with a certain added value is produced.
