摘  要:利用蛭石浸渍MgCl_(2)/MgSO_(4)二元盐溶液制备复合吸附剂。探究在开式环境下复合吸附剂对空气中水蒸气的吸附性能。对复合吸附剂在不同吸附温度、吸附湿度工况下的吸附性能进行了实验研究,探究了浸渍盐的质量浓度和二元盐的比例对复合吸附剂吸附性能的影响,并在实际工况下进行取水实验。结果表明,该复合吸附剂相比纯MgCl_(2)/蛭石复合吸附剂在吸附过程中不易产生潮解现象,复合吸附剂对水蒸气的吸附性能随着相对湿度的增加而增加,在10~25℃的吸附温度范围内吸附量随着温度的增加而增加;二元盐中MgSO_(4)质量分数为5%时对应的复合吸附剂均表现出较好的水蒸气吸附能力;M5CS-2在吸附过程中不会发生潮解且具有较佳的吸附性能,在25℃、80%RH工况下的吸附量为1.35 g/g,冬季工况下的实际取水量为0.5 mL/g。复合吸附剂蛭石/MgCl_(2)/MgSO_(4)的制备研究,为太阳能吸附式空气取水提供基础数据。The composite adsorbent was prepared using vermiculite impregnated with MgCl_(2)/MgSO_(4) binary salt solution.The adsorption performance of the composite adsorbent on water vapor in air under open environment was investigated.The adsorption performance of the composite adsorbent under different adsorption temperature and humidity conditions was studied experimentally,and the effects of the mass concentration of the impregnated salt and the ratio of the binary salt on the adsorption performance of the composite adsorbent were investigated,and water extraction experiments were conducted under actual conditions.The results showed that the composite adsorbent was less prone to deliquescence in the adsorption process than the pure MgCl_(2)/vermiculite composite adsorbent,and the adsorption performance of the composite adsorbent on water vapor increased with the increase of relative humidity,and the adsorption amount increased with the increase of temperature in the adsorption temperature range of 10~25℃;the composite adsorbents corresponding to 5%mass fraction of MgSO_(4) in the binary salt all showed a better water vapor adsorption.The adsorption capacity of the composite adsorbent vermiculite/MgCl_(2)/MgSO_(4) was 1.35 g/g at 25℃and 80%RH,and the actual water extraction under winter conditions was 0.5 mL/g.The preparation of the composite adsorbent vermiculite/MgCl_(2)/MgSO_(4) was studied to provide basic data for solar adsorption air extraction.
