摘 要:以沙柳材为原料制备活性炭,利用溶胶-凝胶法将二氧化钛负载到颗粒状沙柳材活性炭上,主要探究了活性炭粒径、磷酸浓度、活化温度、活化时间对沙柳材活性炭负载二氧化钛再生性能的影响。研究结果表明,其再生性能随着活性炭粒径减小而增强,随着磷酸浓度、活化温度、活化时间的增加呈现先增强后降低的变化趋势。得到的最佳工艺为0.7 mm粒径,20%磷酸浓度,700℃活化温度,1.5 h活化时间。结构研究显示二氧化钛是以锐钛矿型薄膜的形式包覆在活性炭表面,且沙柳材活性炭负载二氧化钛具有丰富的孔隙,比表面积为1277 m^(2)/g,孔容为0.567 cm^(3)/g。Activated carbon was prepared from Salix psammophila,and titanium dioxide was loaded on granular Salix psammophila activated carbon by sol-gel method.The effects of activated carbon particle size,phosphoric acid concentration,activation temperature and activation time on the regeneration performance of titanium dioxide loaded on Salix psammophila activated carbon were mainly investigated.The results show that the regeneration performance increases with the decrease of activated carbon particle size,and increases with the increase of phosphoric acid concentration,activation temperature and activation time.The optimal process is 0.7 mm particle size,20%phosphoric acid concentration,700℃activation temperature and 1.5 h activation time.Structure study shows that titanium dioxide is coated on the surface of activated carbon in the form of anatase film,and titanium dioxide loaded on Salix psammophila activated carbon has abundant pores,with specific surface area of 1277 m^(2)/g and pore volume of 0.567 cm^(3)/g.
