摘 要:选用偶氮染料酸性橙7(AO_(7))作为模型污染物,利用天然锰矿石活化过一硫酸氢钾(PMS)使其降解。通过XRF和XRD表征三种锰矿的主要成分是MnCO_(3)、MnO_(2)和Mn_(2)O_(3)。从XPS探究反应前后菱锰矿可能存在Mn(Ⅱ)部分转化为Mn(Ⅲ)和Mn(Ⅳ),SEM探究反应前后菱锰矿的性质无明显变化。考察了单因素菱锰矿投加量、PMS投加量和pH对AO_(7)脱色率的影响,结果表明,1.3 g/L菱锰矿和0.1 g/L PMS处理20 mg/L AO_(7),在25 min后其脱色率达到95.20%,且反应在弱酸或中性环境下效果较好。采用自由基猝灭剂间接确定反应是由SO_(4)^(·-)占主导地位。通过热重分析,菱锰矿有所损失,然而焙烧后得到的Mn_(3)O_(4)对AO_(7)脱色的催化活性比天然菱锰矿低。天然菱锰矿可能在有机废水处理中具有潜在的应用。The azo dye Acid Orange 7(AO_(7))was selected as the model pollutant,and natural manganese ore was used to activate potassium peroxymonosulfate(PMS)to degrade it.The main components of three kinds of manganese ore characterized by XRF and XRD are MnCO_(3),MnO_(2)and Mn_(2)O_(3).According to XPS,there may be partial conversion of Mn(Ⅱ)into Mn(Ⅲ)and Mn(Ⅳ)in rhodochrosite before and after the reaction.There was no obvious change in the properties of rhodochrosite before and after the SEM investigation.The effects of single-factor rhodochrosite dosage,PMS dosage and pH on the decolorization rate of AO_(7)were investigated.The results showed that:1.3 g/L rhodochrosite and 0.1 g/L PMS treated 20 mg/L AO_(7),the decolorization rate reached 95.20%after 25 min,and the reaction effect was better in weak acid or neutral environment.The free radical quencher were used to indirectly determine that the reaction was dominated by SO_(4)^(·-).Through thermogravimetric analysis,there was some loss of rhodochrosite,but the catalytic activity of Mn_(3)O_(4)obtained after roasting on the decolorization of AO_(7)was lower than that of natural rhodochrosite.Natural rhodochrosite may have potential applications in organic wastewater treatment.
