摘 要:以颗粒活性炭为载体,在FeCl_(3)氧化合成聚吡咯(PPy)过程中掺入苯磺酸钠(BSNa)制备了改性活性炭PFB-GAC。考察了BSNa投加条件对SO_(4)^(2-)吸附的影响;分别选用典型碱性和还原性物质为再生剂,对再生条件和机理进行研究。结果表明,在FeCl_(3)氧化3 h后投加10^(-3)mol/L BSNa制备的PFB-GAC吸附量可达20.45 mg/g。由于NH_(3)·H_(2)O的缓释能力,12 mol/L时比相同羟基含量的NaOH脱附率高1.6倍(80.25%),富集浓度达3.05 g/L;2 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(3)脱附率达70%,富集浓度达2.37 g/L。基于OH^(-)对基团的作用,或者还原剂给电子作用,都能使SO_(4)^(2-)有效脱附。The modified activated carbon PFB-GAC was prepared by using granular activated carbon as the carrier and adding sodium benzene sulfonate(BSNa)in the process of FeCl_(3)oxidation to polypyrrole(PPy).The effects of BSNa addition conditions on SO_(4)^(2-) adsorption were investigated.Typical alkaline and reductive substances were selected as regeneration agents to study the regeneration conditions and mechanism.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of PFB-GAC prepared by adding 10^(-3)mol/L BSNa after FeCl_(3)oxidation for 3 h reached 20.45 mg/g.Due to the sustained-release ability of NH_(3)·H_(2)O,the desorption rate of 12 mol/L NH_(3)·H_(2)O was 1.6 times(80.25%)higher than that of NaOH with the same hydroxyl content and the enrichment concentration was 3.05 g/L.2 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(3)desorption rate was 70%and enrichment concentration was 2.37 g/L.SO_(4)^(2-) can be effectively desorbed based on the effect of OH^(-) on groups or the electron-donating effect of reducing agent.
