电解法制备片状锌粉的研究进展

摘　　要：从电解法生产片状锌粉的基本工艺流程出发,归纳总结电解法制备片状锌粉的主要影响因素(锌和浸出剂浓度、杂质、电极、电流密度、温度、添加剂等)和部分其他因素(磁场、搅拌、电流方式等),提出了目前电解法制备片状锌粉技术存在的问题并展望了今后应当重点研究的方向。Based on the basic technological process of producting flake zinc powder by electrolysis,concludes the main influencing factors(zinc and leaching agent’s concentration,impurities,electrodes,current density,temperature,additives,etc.)and some other factors(magnetic field,stirring,current mode,etc.)of making flake zinc powder by electrolysis,presents the technical trouble which is still a problem now about making flake zinc powder by electrolysis and forecasts the future direction of major reserch.
