摘 要:为实现对煤液化后的残渣进行高附加值利用,结合炼焦配煤相关原理和对残渣提纯物进行研究分析,采用替代对比的试验方法,对残渣萃取后的不同灰分提纯物进行配煤炼焦试验,分析各组分含量和质量指标对炼焦过程的影响,研究表明煤液化残渣的低灰提纯物在炼焦过程中配入5%左右后可以改善煤在热解过程中形成胶质体的数量、粘度和强度等性能指标,起到提高焦炭产品冷、热强度的效果,并且适当降低了焦炭产生的灰分和硫分,实现了残渣在配煤炼焦领域的高附加值利用,同时煤液化残渣低灰提纯物的配入后可节约优质稀缺肥煤的用量。In order to realize the high value-added utilization of the residues after coal liquefaction,combining the relevant principles of coking coal blending and the research and analysis of the residue purification products,the alternative comparison test method is adopted to blend the different ash content purification products after the residue extraction.In the coking test,the influence of the content of each component and the quality index on the coking process is analyzed.The study shows that the low ash extract of coal liquefaction residue can improve the formation of colloids in the pyrolysis process after mixing about 5%during the coking process.Performance indicators such as quantity,viscosity and strength can improve the cold and hot strength of coke products,and appropriately reduce the ash and sulfur produced by coke,and realize the high value-added utilization of residues in the field of coal blending and coking,and coal liquefaction after blending the residue and low ash extract,the amount of high-quality and scarce fat coal can be saved.
