摘  要:借助以光激励为激励源的红外检测技术对含缺陷的玻璃纤维复合材料进行了无损检测,同时完成了系列拉伸破坏试验,对试件破坏机制和极限承载力进行了分析。结果表明:无损检测方法能够检测局部未浸透、分层、气泡、皱褶、夹砂、鼓胀6种缺陷,对夹砂缺陷的检测效果最好,对局部未浸透缺陷的检测效果最差,且能够区别夹砂缺陷、鼓胀缺陷、皱褶缺陷和其余缺陷;缺陷对玻璃纤维复合材料极限抗拉强度影响作用由大到小是鼓胀缺陷、夹砂缺陷、局部未浸透缺陷、皱褶缺陷、气泡缺陷、分层缺陷。With the help of infrared detection technology using optical excitation as the excitation source,non-destructive testing of defectiue glass fiber composites was carried out.At the same time,a series of tensile tests were completed and the damage mechanism and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens were analyzed.The results show that the non-destructive testing method can detect six kinds of defects such as local umpermeability,delamination,bubbles,fold,sand inclusion,and swelling.The detection effect is best for sand inclusion defects and worst for local unpermeable defects,and it can distinguish sand inclusion defects,swelling defects,fold defects,and other defects.The effects of defects on the ultimate tensile strength of glass fiber composites from large to small are swelling defects,sand inclusion defects,local unpermeable defects,fold defects,bubble defects,and delamination defects.
