摘 要:为了更好地实现博物馆文物储藏柜在地震中的安全防护,设计了一种橡胶减隔震装置——拱状橡胶三向隔震支座。通过竖向压缩试验验证有限元模型有效性,利用正交设计进行多工况有限元模拟计算,研究影响支座竖向压缩刚度的因素,结合影响因素的敏感度分析支座内部圆拱橡胶的镂空尺寸对竖向压缩刚度的影响规律。结果表明:拱状橡胶三向隔震支座具有稳定的压缩性能和良好的竖向承载力;在材料属性和整体尺寸不变的基础上,通过敏感度大小进行分析,将3个影响因素小的尺寸参数进行整合,得到尺寸参数和竖向镂空系数是影响竖向压缩刚度的主要参数,并进行了样本数据拟合,得到了拱状橡胶三向隔震支座竖向压缩刚度的拟合计算公式。In order to protect the storage cabinets of cultural relics in the museum in earthquake,a kind of rubber isolation device,three-way arched rubber isolation bearing,was designed.Vertical compression tests were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the finite element model.The factors influencing the vertical compression stiffness of the bearing were studied by using orthogonal design for multi-condition finite element simulation calculation.Combined with the sensitivity of the influencing factors,the law of how the hollow size of the circular arch rubber inside the bearing exerted effect on the vertical compression stiffness was analyzed.The results show that the three-way arched rubber seismic isolation bearing has stable compression performance and good vertical bearing capacity.On the basis of unchanged material properties and overall size,the three small influencing dimensional parameters were integrated through the sensitive analysis.It is concluded that the dimensional parameters and vertical hollow coefficient are the main parameters affecting the vertical compressive stiffness.In addition,the fitting calculation formula of vertical compressive stiffness of three-way arched rubber seismic isolation bearing is finally obtained by fitting the sample date.
