摘　　要：介绍了干熄焦一、二次除尘器气力输灰系统的设计计算方法及工艺控制系统的优化。优化后,避免了干熄焦一、二次除尘器灰斗积灰以及排料阀门卡料等现象发生。This paper introduces the design and calculation method of the pneumatic conveying system of the CDQ primary & secondary dedusters as well as optimization for the process control system.After the optimization,dust accumulation at the dust hoppers of the primary & secondary dedusters and jam at dust discharge valve can be avoided.
