大型煤气净化系统降低洗油消耗的研究

摘　　要：湛江钢铁有限公司焦炉煤气净化系统设计处理能力 170 000 m^(3)/ h,于 2016 年 10 月满负荷运行后,月平均洗油单耗高达 114 kg/t 粗苯。通过研究粗苯生产工艺,分析了造成大型煤气净化系统洗油单耗高的主要因素,阐述了降低洗油单耗的措施及效果。Baosteel ( Zhanjiang ) coke oven gas purification system,designed with capacity o170,000 m^(3)/ h,has monthly consumed 114 kg wash oil on average per ton of crude benzene after pu into full load operation in October 2016.This paper introduces the process of crude benzene production in Baosteel ( Zhanjiang),analyzes the main factors causing high unit consumption of wash oil in large-scale system,and expounds the measures and effects to reduce the unit consumption o wash oil.
