摘　　要：针状焦软水主要用于换热器用水、泵冷却水、锅炉用水等。软化水由软水站制成,通过软水泵送至软水池,再由循环泵向各单元输送,回水通过凉水塔冷却后循环利用。循环软水系统运行不稳定,存在水污染、系统堵塞等问题,本文提出了解决方法。In needle coke unit,the soft water is mainly used for heat exchanger,pump cooling,and boiler water,etc..The soft water,produced in soft water station,is pressurized by soft water pump to soft water tank and then delivered by circulating pump to each unit.The return water is recycled after cooling tower.The circulating soft water system has some problems,such as unstable running,pollution and blockage,etc.,which could be tackled by the solutions given in this paper.
