摘　　要：本文以心肺转流(CPB)下心脏手术脏器损伤的机制和右美托咪定(Dex)的药理作用机制为基础,整合了实验研究的新进展,系统综述了Dex对CPB心脏手术后心、脑、肾、肺等重要脏器损伤的影响的保护作用。Dex作为一种新型的麻醉辅助剂,在临床中的应用时机、剂量与治疗目的之间的联系,仍需更深入的研究。Based on the mechanism of organ injury in cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) and pharmacological mechanism of dexmedetomidine(Dex), this paper integrated the new progress of experimental research, and systematically reviewed the protective effects of Dex on the injury of heart, brain, kidney, lung and other important organs after cardiac surgery under CPB. As a new type of anesthesia adjuvant, it is important to further explore the relationship between clinical application opportunity, dose and treatment purpose of Dex.
