摘  要:太阳能光热利用是解决能源危机及环境问题的有效途径之一。基于高导热定形相变材料的太阳能集热器可以实现集热、热量输运及储能于一体,有效实现高效太阳能光热利用。以石蜡(PA)为相变储能材料,膨胀石墨(EG)作为支撑材料及导热和光吸收添加剂,制备了兼具高效光热转换、快速热量输运和高密度能量储存的EG/PA定形相变材料用于蓄热太阳能集热器,通过Fluent软件模拟简化相变材料传热过程中能流密度变化情况。通过实验和数值模拟的方法证明了EG/PA定形相变材料拥有优异的热量传递性能,基于定形相变材料的太阳能集热器在太阳能热利用方面表现良好,具有很大应用潜力。Solar photo-thermal utilization is one of the effective ways to solve the energy crisis and environmental problems. The solar heat collector based on the form-stable composite phase change materials(PCMs) with high thermal conductivity can realize the integration of heat collection, heat transportation and energy storage, which effectively realize the efficient solar photo-thermal utilization. Paraffin wax(PA) is used as PCMs, and expanded graphite(EG) is used as support material, thermal conductivity and light absorption additive. The EG/PA form-stable phase change heat storage solar collector is designed with high efficiency photo-thermal conversion, fast heat transport and high energy storage density. The Fluent software is used to simulate the change of energy flow density during the heat transfer process of the simplified solar collector model. The methods of experiment and numerical simulation have proved that the EG/PA form-stable PCMs has excellent heat transfer performance. The solar collector based on the form-stable composite PCMs performs well in the utilization of solar heat and shows great potential for heat utilization.
