摘  要:以磷化渣和磷酸为原材料,聚乙二醇作为改性剂,十二烷基硫酸钠作为表面活性剂,采用传统的水热法将材料混合均匀进行高温水热反应,以制得高纯度的纳米二水磷酸铁。同时采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱等仪器对制备的二水磷酸铁进行形貌、尺寸的表征分析。结果表明,所制备的磷酸铁为片状结构,粒径宽度约400 nm,厚度约30 nm。纳米片状二水磷酸铁制备工艺简单,性能优异,作为合成复合电池正极材料磷酸亚铁锂具有良好的电化学性能。To obtain high purity nanometer iron phosphate, the materials were mixed uniformly by traditional hydrothermal method and subjected to high-temperature hydrothermal reaction by using phosphating slag and phosphoric acid as raw materials, polyethylene glycol as modifier and sodium lauryl sulfate as surfactant. X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), infrared spectroscopy and other instruments were used to characterize and analyze the morphology and size of the prepared iron phosphate dihydrate. The result shows that the prepared iron phosphate with a sheet-like structure has a particle size of about 400 nm in width and a thickness of about 30 nm. Nano-sheet iron phosphate dihydrate has a simple preparation process and excellent performance. As a composite battery cathode material, lithium iron phosphate has good electrochemical performance.
