摘 要:为研究钢筋直径、灌浆饱满度以及锚固端钢筋偏心对半灌浆套筒连接件的力学性能影响,选用考虑损伤塑性的套筒灌浆料本构曲线方程,通过ABAQUS有限元软件进行建模分析。研究结果表明:钢筋直径减小,半灌浆套筒连接件的屈服强度与极限强度降低,筒壁应变减小;随着灌浆料饱满度的增加,最大荷载下总伸长率降低;当灌浆饱满度低于75%时,将会出现钢筋拔出破坏形式;钢筋垂直偏心时,偏心试件与原试件相比,弹性阶段曲线基本相同,在强化阶段,随着偏心距离增大,屈服强度和极限强度降低,套筒纵向应变增大;钢筋倾斜偏心时,随着倾斜角度增大,屈服强度和极限强度降低,变形增大,当倾斜角度≥3°时,钢筋未达到屈服强度前因灌浆料压碎拔出破坏。In order to study the influence of reinforcement diameter,grouting plumpness and eccentricity of anchorage end reinforcement on the mechanical properties of semi grouted sleeve connector,the constitutive curve equation of sleeve grouting material considering damage plasticity was selected,and the modeling analysis was carried out by ABAQUS finite element software.The results show that the yield strength and ultimate strength of the semi grouted sleeve connector decrease and the wall strain decreases with the decrease of the diameter of the steel bar.With the increase of the plumpness of grouting material,the total elongation under the maximum load decreases.When the grouting plumpness is lower than 75%,the reinforcement will be pulled out.In the strengthening stage,with the increase of eccentricity,the yield strength and ultimate strength decrease,and the longitudinal strain of sleeve increases.When the inclination angle is greater than or equal to 3°,the reinforcement will be crushed and pulled out before reaching the yield strength.
