摘 要:作为物流综合体类建筑,北京鲜活农产品流通中心项目承载着首都重要的农贸产品交通枢纽功能,其建筑功能决定着超重荷载是结构设计的难点之一,因此建筑荷载取值的准确性直接影响到结构设计的安全性及经济性。根据北京鲜活农产品工程的建筑功能将荷载类型分为三类:重型货车荷载;室内交易区荷载;冷库区荷载。对于重型货车荷载,提出了超规范重型车活荷载取值的有限元计算方法,同时对建筑各区域荷载取值的合理性进行了分析。As a logistics complex type building, Beijing fresh agricultural products project bears the function of an important transportation hub for agricultural products in the capital. Its construction function determines the heavy load is the difficulty of structural design. Therefore, the accuracy of the value of building load directly affects the safety and economy of structural design.In this paper, load types are divided into three categories according to the architectural functions of project: heavy vans load;trade area load;cold storage load. The load value basis is given. For the heavy vans load, the finite element calculation method for super specification load is proposed, and the rationality of the value of the load in each area of the building is analyzed.
