摘  要:针对大直径浅圆筒仓顶混凝土板施工难用落地支撑问题,构建了不落地可提升式空间钢支撑。因结构组建、吊装及上部受荷过程复杂,为此建立了空间钢支撑有限元整体模型,根据施工顺序进行了全过程仿真模拟分析,研究了钢支撑结构的整体受力特点及变化规律,得到了较为完整关键工况及对应峰值。结果表明,基于施工全过程仿真模拟,才能在确保安全基础上实现其构件合理选配和优化设计,达到结构优化、降低用钢量、加快施工进度的目的,同时验证了该设计方法的可行性。通过现场的预压实验,更加充分地验证了该设计及优化结果的可靠性。For the large diameter squat concrete silo roof is difficult to construct by ground support, to construct the not fall-to-ground lifting space steel support. The finite element model of space steel support is established, and the whole process simulation and analysis are carried out according to the construction sequence. The whole force and variation law of steel support structure are studied, get a more complete critical conditions and the corresponding peak. The results show that, based on the simulation of the whole process of the construction, it is possible to realize the rational selection and optimization of the components on the basis of ensuring the safety, to achieve the purpose of structural optimization, reduce the amount of steel and speed up the construction progress, at the same time, the feasibility of the design method is verified. The reliability of the design and optimization results is verified by the on-site preloading experiment.
