制造公差对e型弹条模态频率的影响分析

摘  要:从弹条制造公差与固有振动特性之间的关系出发,通过有限元分析了制造误差对弹条在自由状态和组装状态下的模态特征及其变化关系。计算结果表明:在制造公差影响下,0 Hz~2 000 Hz范围内Ⅲ型弹条在自由状态和组装状态下分别具有四阶模态和两阶模态;Ⅲ型弹条在制造公差范围内的同阶振型相同,频率以一定规律变化;在制造公差范围内,Ⅲ型弹条在组装状态下的一阶频率变化范围为710 Hz~790 Hz。This paper starts from the relationship between manufacturing tolerance and natural vibration characteristics of spring clip,the modal characteristics of the spring clip under the free state and the assembly state caused by the manufacturing error are analyzed through the finite element analysis. The calculation results show: under the influence of manufacturing tolerance,there are respectively 4-order and 2-order modes of type Ⅲ spring clip in the free state and the standard installation state with the frequency range of 0 Hz ~ 2 000 Hz. The vibration modes of type Ⅲ spring clip are the same within the manufacturing tolerance,and the frequency changes regularly. Within the manufacturing tolerance range,the first-order frequency variation range of type Ⅲ spring clip in assembly state is 710 Hz ~ 790 Hz.
