摘  要:为了探索建筑垃圾作为泡沫混凝土骨料应用于涵洞台背填筑,大幅地降低台背工后沉降,对于提高涵洞过渡段沥青路面结构稳定性具有重要意义。通过制备建筑垃圾再生骨料、泡沫胶凝材料组成和再生骨料混凝土配合比设计、优化及性能评价,进行施工工艺探索、经济分析及工后沉降观测,结果表明:宜用于涵洞台背回填骨料为10 mm~20 mm, 20 mm~40 mm, 40 mm~63 mm,其中10 mm~20 mm占35%,20 mm~40 mm占45%,40 mm~63 mm占20%,泡沫胶凝材料组成为水泥∶水∶气泡群=320∶192∶705,水胶比(质量比)为0.6,再生骨料泡沫混凝土1 m^(3)实验室配合比为建筑垃圾∶泡沫胶凝材料=1 400 kg∶349 L,与未筛分碎石填筑成本相比,1 m;成本可降低约9.0%。发现建筑垃圾再生骨料泡沫混凝土具有良好的结构稳定性,有效抑制了台背和地基之间的不均匀沉降和侧移,其多孔结构保温性能良好,不易产生由温度变化所引起的裂缝,提高路基路面构造物的耐久性和行车舒适性。In order to explore the construction waste as foam concrete aggregate applied to culvert back filling, reducing the back settlement of the abutment, it is of great significance for improving the structural stability of the asphalt pavement of culvert transition section. Through the recycled aggregate, foam cementitious material and recycled aggregate concrete mix design, optimization and performance evaluation, the construction process, economic analysis and post construction settlement observation were carried out. The results showed that the backfill aggregates used for culvert backfill were 10 mm~20 mm, 20 mm~40 mm and 40 mm~63 mm, of which 10 mm~20 mm accounted for 35%, 20 mm~40 mm accounted for 45%, 40 mm~63 mm accounted for 20%. Foam cementitious material is composed of cement∶ water∶ bubble group =320∶192∶705, water binder ratio 0.6, recycled aggregate foamed concrete 1 m^(3) laboratory mix ratio for construction waste: foam cementitious material =1 400 kg∶349 L,1 m;cost can be reduced by about 9.0% compared with the non screening gravel filling cost. It is found that the recycled aggregate foam concrete has good structural stability, effectively suppresses uneven settlement and lateral displacement between the back and the foundation. The porous structure has good thermal insulation performance, and it is not easy to generate cracks caused by temperature changes, so as to improve the durability and driving comfort of the roadbed and pavement structures.
