摘  要:为了解扬州及周边地区猪源大肠杆菌的黏附素相关基因携带情况及其耐药性,本试验采集扬州大学动物医院就诊的病死猪的肝和脾等组织,进行细菌学分离鉴定;用PCR法检测分析猪源大肠杆菌分离株常见的8种黏附素相关基因:fimH、papA、papC、papG alleleⅠ、papG alleleⅢ、focA、focG和sfaS;并用药敏试验检测分离菌株的耐药性。结果显示,从送检样品中分离出25株大肠杆菌,25株分离菌中有40%的菌株携带fimH,8%的菌株携带papC,4%的菌株携带focG,其余基因未检测出;分离菌株对多西环素、卡那霉素、复方新诺明和氟苯尼考等耐药,对丁胺卡那敏感。由于黏附素相关基因fimH、papC和focG的存在,扬州及周边地区分离出的部分猪源大肠杆菌株具有尿路感染的潜力。In order to gain insight into the prevalence of adhesion-related genes and drug resistance in Escherichia coli isolated from swine in Yangzhou and surrounding areas, this study collected the liver and spleen tissues of dead pigs from Animal Hospital of Yangzhou University for bacteriological examination, for PCR detection of eight common adhesion-related genes fimH, papA, papC, papG alleleⅠ, papG alleleⅢ, focA, focG and sfaS, and for drug sensitivity testing. The results showed that of 25 E. coil isolates from swine, adhesin-related genes fimH, papC and focG were detected in 10(40%), 2(8%) and 1(4%) isolates, respectively, while other genes were absent;most isolates were resistant to doxycycline, kanamycin, sulfamethoxazole and florfenicol, but appeared sensitive to amikacin. The fact that some E.coil isolates from pigs in Yangzhou and surrounding areas carry adhesion-related genes fimH, papC and focG highlights their potential to cause urinary tract infections in swine.
