从小便不利探析仲景对津液的重视

摘　　要：小便作为人体的津液之一,其正常输布离不开脏腑气化功能的支持,在伤寒论全书中关于小便不利论述或为专著,或为鉴别,散在见于太阳病、少阴病、阳明病、太阴病、少阳病、厥阴病篇中,多与使用汗、吐、下法祛除外邪导致机体阴阳失衡有关,在其治疗中可以根据小便的量、颜色区分疾病所在部位、病性,协助临床诊断及治疗。文章通过六经角度论述仲景通过强调小便不利,从而在治疗中重视固护津液,以期为仲景学说发扬光大提出一定的看法。Urine is one of the body fluids,and its normal distribution cannot be separated from the support of viscera gasification function.In Treatise on Febrile Diseases,it is either a monograph or a distinction,which is scattered in articles on sun disease,shaoyin disease,yangming disease,taiyin disease,shaoyang disease and jueyin disease.It is mostly related to the imbalance of yin and yang caused by the use of sweating,vomiting and purgation to drive away exogenous pathogens.The treatment can be based on the amount and color of urine.This paper discusses Zhongjing was pay attention to the protection of body fluid by emphasizing the dysuria from the perspective of six classics,in order to put forward his own views for the development of Zhongjing's theory.
