从湿热相火论治系统性红斑狼疮

摘　　要：湿热相火理论是基于传统中医理论形成,其所致疾病与系统性红斑狼疮的临床表现近似,其以内虚为根本病因,致病的反常相火源于生理之火又区别于生理之火,循经弥漫三焦,产生湿、热、痰、毒、瘀等病理产物,影响脏腑功能。前人鲜有从湿热相火论治系统性红斑狼疮。针对湿热相火的致病特点,运用引火归原理论指导治疗系统性红斑狼疮,并重视补泻兼施,调畅气机。The theory of dampness-heat ministerial fire is based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory.The disease caused by it is similar to the clinical manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus,and the internal deficiency is the fundamental cause.The abnormal fire is originated from the physiological fire,which is different from the physiological fire.It diffuses Sanjiao along the meridians and produces pathological products such as dampness,heat,phlegm,toxin and blood stasis,which affect the function of viscera.It is rare to treat systemic lupus erythematosus from dampness-heat and kidney fire.According to the pathogenic characteristics of dampness-heat ministerial fire,the conducting fire back to its origin is used to treat lupus erythematosus,and emphasis is put on reinforcing and reducing,regulating qi.
