自制治伤三黄酊湿敷联合冷疗治疗胫腓骨骨折早期肿胀临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医自制治伤三黄酊湿敷联合冷疗对胫腓骨骨折患者早期肿胀的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2021年10月江西省洪都中医院收治的胫腓骨骨折早期患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组使用冷疗,治疗组使用治伤三黄酊联合冷疗,观察对比2组患者的肢体肿胀程度及疼痛分值情况。结果就治疗总有效率而言,治疗组为96.67%(29/30)明显高于对照组76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,治疗组患者疼痛分值低于对照组,疼痛分值≤3不影响正常生活。结论中医自制制剂治伤三黄酊湿敷联合冷疗在治疗胫腓骨骨折患者早期肿胀临床效果显著,有效减轻了患者肢体的肿胀及疼痛,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of self-made Zhishang Sanhuang tincture wet compress combined with cold therapy in the treatment of early swelling of patients with tibia and fibula fracture.Methods 60 patients with early tibia and fibula fracture admitted Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2021 were selected,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 in each group.The control group used cold treatment,and the treatment group treated self-made Zhishang Sanhuang tincture wet compress combined with cold therapy.The limb swelling and pain score in the two groups was observed and compared.Results In terms of total effective rate,96.67%(29/30)in the treatment group was significantly higher than 76.67%(23/30)in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the pain score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the pain score less than 3 did not affect the normal life.Conclusion The self-made Zhishang Sanhuang tincture wet compress combined with cold therapy in the treatment of early swelling of patients with tibia and fibula fracture has significant clinical effect,can effectively reduce the swelling and pain of patients'limbs,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
