健脾生血汤治疗气不摄血型慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾生血汤治疗气不摄血型慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效。方法选择2018年6月—2020年6月吉安市新干县人民医院收治的慢性ITP患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组进行西医治疗,基于此,观察组加用健脾生血汤。比较2组中医证候积分、血小板计数及用药安全性。结果观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,血小板计数(81.93±16.22)×10^(9)/L高于对照组的(67.85±13.45)×10^(9)/L,不良反应发生率5.00%(2/40)低于对照组的22.50%(9/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性ITP患者采用健脾生血汤治疗效果较好,利于改善患者症状,提高血小板计数,减少药物不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Shengxue decoction on chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)with qi failing to control blood type.Methods 80 patients with chronic ITP from June 2018 to June 2020 in Xingan County People's Hospital were seledcted.Using the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with western medicine.Based on this,the observation group was added with Jianpi Shengxue decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,platelet count and drug safety were compared.Results After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,platelet count(81.93±16.22)×10^(9)/L was higher than that in the control group(67.85±13.45)×10^(9)/L,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%(2/40)lower than that in the control group(22.50%,9/40).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue decoction in the treatment of chronic ITP patients is effective,improved the patient's symptoms,increased platelet count,and reduced adverse drug reactions.
