尿毒清颗粒联合骨化三醇治疗终末期肾功能衰竭血透患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析尿毒清颗粒联合骨化三醇对终末期肾功能衰竭血透患者钙磷代谢、肾功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2020年3月在乐平市中医院肾病科进行规律透析治疗的慢性肾衰竭患者48例,将患者分为观察组(24例)和对照组(24例),对照组采用骨化三醇治疗,观察组采用尿毒清颗粒联合骨化三醇治疗。治疗6个月后,比较2组血肌肝(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血钙、血磷、血甲状旁腺激素水平变化。结果治疗前,2组血Scr、BUN、血钙、血磷、血甲状旁腺激素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月及6个月,2组血Scr、BUN、血钙、血甲状旁腺激素水平较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),血钙较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组效果好(P<0.05)。结论尿毒清颗粒联合骨化三醇应用于终末期肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析治疗中,不仅可以提高患者的肾功能,还可以改善其钙、磷代谢紊乱状况,值得临床上推广与应用。Objective To analyze the effects of Niaoduqing granules combined with calcitriol on calcium,phosphorus metabolism and renal function in hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal failure.Methods 48 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent regular dialysis treatment in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to March 2020 were collected.The patients were divided into observation group of 24 cases and control group of 24 cases.The control group was treated with calcitriol,and the observation group was treated with Niaoduqing granules combined with calcitriol.After 6 months of treatment,the changes of blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood phosphorus,blood calcium and serum parathyroid hormone were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of Serum creatinine(Scr),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood phosphorus,blood calcium and intact parathyroid hormone between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 and 6 months after treatment,the levels of serum Scr,BUN,blood phosphorus and intact parathyroid hormone in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),Blood calcium was significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Niaoduqing granules combined with calcitriol in the maintenance hemodialysis treatment of end-stage renal failure can not only improve the renal function of patients,but also ameliorate the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
