摘　　要：肛肠疾病是临床常见疾病,多需手术治疗。而尿潴留是肛肠病术后常见并发症,若不及时有效处理,将降低患者的术后满意度,甚则造成永久性的逼尿肌损伤,影响患者的生活质量。肛肠病术后尿潴留属于中医学癃闭的范畴,多由浊瘀体虚、情志内伤、外邪侵袭造成膀胱气化功能失调。文章通过查阅大量文献,对中医外治法在肛肠病术后尿潴留的应用进行综述,以期临床推广应用并不断完善。Anorectal diseases are common clinical diseases,which need surgical treatment.However,urinary retention is a common postoperative complication of anorectal diseases.If not treated in a timely and effective manner,it will reduce postoperative satisfaction of patients,and even cause permanent detrusor injury,affecting the quality of life of patients.Postoperative urinary retention anorectal disease belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine retention of urine,much by turbidity stasis body empty,modern internal injuries,the attacks caused the bladder dysfunction gasification.Through consulting a large number of literatures,this paper summarizes the application of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in postoperative urinary retention of anorectal diseases,in order to promote the clinical application and continue to improve.
