摘 要:伴随着社会变革,职业流动成为当今社会的普遍现象。产业工人数量庞大,但是他们职业流动特征尚未可知。基于产业工人状况调查数据,在生命历程理论的视角下,采用事件史分析的方法,对产业工人的职业变动与职业持续期进行研究。研究发现:产业工人群体具有超强的职业稳定性,产业工人职业的快速变动期主要发生在职业生涯的早期,个体时间维度中,性别、年龄、受教育水平对产业工人的职业变动及续存影响显著,不同入职时期的产业工人职业稳定性情况反映了历史时间维度的作用,社会时间维度上,户籍制度的二元分割使产业工人内部呈现出截然不同的职业流动特征。上述发现对于工人群体的再认识、提升劳动者的就业质量具有一定的借鉴意义。With the social changing, career mobility has become a highlight of social studies. Though there are a large size of industrial workers, their characteristics of occupational mobility need be kept studied. The paper, based on a payroll survey of industrial workers and the method of event historical analysis, studies the occupational changes and occupational duration of industrial workers from the perspective of life course. The findings show that industrial workers have high occupational stability, and the occupational changes mainly occurs in the early stage of their career. In terms of individual time dimension, gender, age and education level have a significant impact on the career changes and job continuity. The occupational stability of industrial workers in different entry periods reflects the historical effects. Finally the binary division of the household registration system brings about distinct characteristics of occupational mobility of the industrial workers. The above findings can be somewhat references for the understanding of industrial workers and their improvement of employment quality.
