摘　　要：在生产过程中,杭州汽轮机股份有限公司的质量控制手段还是传统的手工传递纸质记录和人工审批,降低了工作效率,导致信息传递滞后,难以实现质量信息的高效追溯和跟踪。本文针对杭汽轮公司离散型制造的特点,通过集成ERP、OA、MES等系统,建立了一套向集成化、网络化和智能化方向发展的制造质量信息化管理平台,实现了质量信息的高效汇总、管理和应用,形成了完整的质量管理信息系统框架。该平台结构化了质量数据,使质量管理更为智能化,产品质量过程控制更为规范、清晰和透明,对企业稳定、有序生产,提高产品品质和经营绩效具有重要意义。In the production process,the quality control method of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd.is still the traditional manual transmission of paper records and manual approval,which reduces work efficiency,leads to lag in information transmission,and makes it difficult to traceability and tracking of quality information.Aiming at the characteristics of the company’s discrete manufacturing,this paper established a set of quality management information management platform that developed in the direction of integration,networking and intelligence by integrating ERP,OA,MES and other systems.It realized the collection,management and application of quality information,and formed a complete quality management information system framework.The platform structures quality data,makes quality management more intelligent,and makes product quality process control more standardized,clear and transparent.It is of great significance to the stable and orderly of production,also can improve product quality and business performance of the company.
