摘 要:为探究华重楼种子萌发最适宜土壤基质及最佳幼苗生长土壤环境,本研究采用黄壤土、育苗专用基质、黄壤土+农家肥、黄壤土+河沙+农家肥、黄壤土+珍珠岩+农家肥、黄壤土+腐殖土等6种基质对华重楼种子发芽和幼苗生长状况进行测定分析。结果表明,华重楼出苗差异显著;苗高、茎粗、根鲜重、茎鲜重和叶鲜重当年差异不显著,第2年差异显著。利用主成分分析法对其进行综合评价,基质F得分最高,基质A得分最低。通过理化性质分析,认为选用PH中性、腐殖质含量高、营养丰富疏松的基质进行华重楼育苗比较理想。To study the optimal soil substrate for seed germination and soil environment for seedling growth of Paris polyphylla Smith var.chinensis,a research was conducted to compare the effect of six combinations of soil matrices by testing its sprouting and growth status.The six combinations of soil matrices included yellow soil matrix,dedicated matrix,yellow soil-farmyard manure matrix,yellow soil-river sand-farmyard manure matrix,yellow soil-perlite-farmyard manure matrix,and yellow soil-humus matrix.The results showed significant differences in seedling emergence.In addition,the result showed an unsignificant difference in seedling height,ground diameter,fresh root weight,fresh stem weight and fresh leaf weight in the first year but a significant difference in the next year.The result was comprehensively evaluated by using PCA,the matrix F scored the highest,and the matrix A scored the lowest.Through the analysis of physical and chemical properties,it was concluded that the optimal matrix was considered as a pH neutral,humus rich,nutritional and structurally loose matrix.
