摘 要:为筛选耐盐碱地番茄种质资源,以14种不同番茄品种为材料,通过不同浓度NaCL胁迫进行耐盐性筛选,研究比较了不同品种的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、苗期表皮细胞成活率和田间盐碱地种植表现。结果表明,不同品种间耐盐性存在明显差异,‘津喜310’耐盐性最好,其次为‘津喜306’。NaCL胁迫下番茄‘津喜310’种子的相对发芽势和相对发芽率明显比盐不敏感型‘LA2711’高;0.6%NaCL水培胁迫下番茄‘津喜310’叶片深绿色;露地0.5%~0.6%盐碱地上‘津喜310’能正常开花结果。在1%NaCL高渗环境下,盐不敏感型‘LA2711’、‘津喜310’和‘津喜306’叶片表皮细胞成活率大于80%。研究表明,利用不同生长发育时期适当浓度NaCL胁迫下的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、苗期表皮细胞成活率和田间盐碱地种植表现来筛选耐盐番茄品种是可行的。Fourteen tomato varieties were studied under NaCL resolution stress,salt-tolerant tomato were selected by the relative germination potential,relative germination rate,epidermal cell survival rate at seedling stage and field cultivation in saline-alkali soil.The results showed that there were significant differences in salt tolerance among different cultivars.The best salt-tolerant variety was'Jinxi 310',followed by'Jinxi 306'.The relative germination potential and germination rate of tomato'Jinxi 310'were significantly higher than that of'LA2711'under NaCL stress,the leaves of tomato'Jinxi 310'were dark green under 0.6%NaCL stress,it could blossom and bear fruit normally in 0.5%-0.6%saline-alkali soil.The survival rate of leaf epidermal cells of'LA2711','Jinxi 310'and'Jinxi 306'were more than 80%under 1%NaCL hypertonic condition.The results showed that it was feasible to select salt-tolerant tomato varieties under salt stress in seed,seedling stage and field.
