胶结-簇钉混合连接件破坏机理及承载力试验研究

摘  要:为研究基于胶结-簇钉混合连接的装配式钢-混凝土组合结构的受力性能,开展了8组共16个试件的推出试验,研究了胶结-簇钉混合连接件的破坏机理、滑移性能、受力次序和抗剪承载力,探讨了栓钉间距、直径和高度对混合连接件抗剪性能的影响。试验结果表明:混合连接件破坏时试件整体性完好,呈现延性破坏;胶结层先于簇钉承担剪力,胶结层的抗剪性能不可忽视;减小栓钉间距,可提高混合连接件的抗剪承载力,但不能改善其延性;在一定范围内增加栓钉的直径和高度,既可提高混合连接件的抗剪承载力又可改善其延性。其中,栓钉直径对混合连接件抗剪承载力和延性的影响最为显著。In order to study the mechanical performance of the fabricated steel-concrete composite structure based on hybrid connection with bonded-clustered studs, the failure mechanism, slip performance, order of force and shear capacity of hybrid connector with bonded-clustered studs were studied through the push-out test on 8 groups of 16 specimens. The influence of stud spacing, diameter and height on the shear performance of hybrid connectors were discussed. The test results show that the integrity of the hybrid connectors is intact when it fails, showing ductile failure;the bonded layer bears the shear force before the clustered studs, and the shear resistance of the bonded layer cannot be ignored;reducing the stud spacing can improve the shear bearing capacity of hybrid connectors, but it cannot improve the ductility;increasing the stud diameter and height within a certain range can increase both the shear bearing capacity and the ductility of the hybrid connector. Among them, the stud diameter has the most significant impact on shear bearing capacity and ductility of the hybrid connector.
