摘 要:我国有大量的混凝土结构,在其服役期间由于结构老化、使用功能改变、荷载增加等原因,不可避免地会出现各种损伤,造成安全隐患。拆除重建会造成巨大经济投入和环境污染,因此有必要进行加固处理以提高结构安全性。目前针对钢筋混凝土结构加固的研究大部分是在构件未损伤的情况下进行加固的试验和分析,对损伤混凝土梁的加固研究尚不完善。因此,制作了9根尺寸相同的钢筋混凝土试验梁,按初始荷载大小分为四种损伤程度,研究粘贴钢板或碳纤维布加固受损混凝土梁的效果。研究发现,粘贴钢板或碳纤维布能够提高受损混凝土梁的极限承载力和刚度,粘贴钢板加固的受损混凝土梁极限承载力相对粘贴前提高了37.69%~42.56%,粘贴碳纤维布加固的受损混凝土梁极限承载力相对粘贴前提高了21.96%~40.62%,在混凝土梁损伤严重情况下粘贴钢板加固更有效;不同损伤程度对粘贴钢板加固效果影响不大,对粘贴碳纤维加固效果影响显著。There are a large number of concrete structures in our country, various damages will inevitably occur during their service period, which will cause safety hazards, due to structural aging, functional changes, load increase, etc..Demolition and reconstruction will cause huge economic investment and environmental pollution, so it is necessary to strengthen the structure to improve the safety of the structure. At present, most of the researches on the reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures are experiments and analysis of reinforcement without damage to the members, and the research on the reinforcement of damaged concrete beams is not perfect. Therefore, nine reinforced concrete beams of the same size were produced for the test, and they were divided into four degrees of damage according to the initial load size to study the effect of bonding steel plate or carbon fiber cloth to strengthen damaged concrete beams. The study found that the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of damaged concrete beams can be increasedby bonding steel plate or carbon fiber cloth, the ultimate bearing capacity of damaged concrete beams reinforced with steel plateis increased by 37.69%~42.56%, while the ultimate bearing capacity of damaged concrete beams reinforced with carbon fiber cloth is increased by 21.96%~40.62%. It is more effective to bond steel plate reinforcement when the concrete beam is severely damaged.Different degrees of damage have little influence on the effect of bonding steel plate, but have significant influence on the effect of bonding carbon fiber cloth.
